G SUITE X SQUARESPACE

Converting a sales partnership into a bigger brand collaboration

Background

Google and Squarespace had been working together for over a year but we had never promoted our partnership. We saw an opportunity to go beyond on our initial product integration and find a way to bring our brands together. Together we highlighted 3 customer success stories across online video, social, podcast ads and more. Below is a snapshot.

OBJECTIVE

Increase awareness of the existing G Suite and Squarespace product integration among entrepreneurs and small businesses (SMBs).

CHALLENGE

Squarespace was seen as a platform for blogs/portfolios rather than businesses and Google had trouble reaching entrepreneurs when they first build their online presence.

OPPORTUNITY

How can we create a world where everyone can follow their passions and has access to the tools to bring them to life?

INSIGHT

In the old days entrepreneurs used to buy business cards or storefronts, but now they buy a domain.

STRATEGY

Signing up for Squarespace and G Suite is the new symbol of legitimacy.

REASON TO BELIEVE

Both companies democratize access to simple, elegant solutions to entrepreneurs’ immediate problems and create a launchpad for their growth and success.
